You cant measure what you don't track. This is why CFI has its own workout tracking app so you can measure your progress in the gym!
Community Based
The training journey can be a long and lonely journey, UNLESS you are doing it around likeminded people! This is why we are huge on supporting each other and creating an environment where everyone can succeed

Blake Armitage
Im Blakey, my Crossfit journey started when I was 15. I started Crossfit very weak and with a bad back injury.
10 Years later I am the strongest I have ever been and my mission is to help the every day person become the best version of themselves.
